In the event of a return, you must first inform LA FABRIQUE DE SANJI by email (in the "contact" section).

The package must be complete (packaging, products, accessories, gifts, instructions, etc.), any missing products will not be refunded. The products must be in new condition and not have been used.

Products with customization cannot be returned or exchanged.

The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, in the event of a defective product the return costs will be borne by the seller.

BioThane® products are guaranteed for 10 years; products showing traces of scratches, cuts, bites or having been used for any purpose other than its intended use will be excluded from the guarantee.

Any decorations (flocking, rhinestones, decorative rivets) damaged or missing within a period of more than 3 months will not be eligible for a refund.
